Every penis is different, and what works for one man may not suit another. With decades of experience, Dr James knows this. Tell him what your expectations are, and he’ll complete a brief physical examination so he can use his expertise to help you enhance what you already have.

We provide a number of fillers. Some are firmer and require extra aftercare and moulding, which are best for clients who have experienced this treatment or something similar in the past. Others are more ‘entry-level’; very effective but much easier to get used to. No matter which you choose, all are UK regulated and CE approved for UK market as well as high quality.
We always recommend a cooling-off period after this consultation. By taking some time to think, you won’t be rushing into the decision. While penis fillers are reversible, and much safer than surgeries, it’s still a major decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly. This is optional, and if you’re positive you want to proceed we can complete the treatment on the same day as your consultation.
If you decide that penis fillers are right for you, we’ll talk about your next steps. You’ll need to attend another consultation, during which you’ll complete a medical questionnaire. This is essential, as we take the safety of our clients very seriously, and therefore need as much information about your medical history so that we know if our penis fillers will be safe. While they are well-regulated and were vigorously tested, some medical conditions can affect their eligibility.
Once we’ve reviewed your answers and it’s okay to continue, Dr James will have a chat with you about the treatment plan. It’s important that you understand exactly what to expect, and we’ll talk about the aftercare instructions you’ll need to follow to see the best results.
This is the main event, and you’ll attend knowing exactly what to expect. We’ll help you to be as comfortable as possible, and the entire process will take around an hour. This comfort is achieved by our use of a numbing cream; when applied to the target area, you’ll feel no pain, and only a mild discomfort as the filler is injected.
We’ll also go over your aftercare plan again, and you’ll receive written guidelines to take home.
Some sensitivity is expected, and you’ll need to take a course of antibiotics to prevent infection, but otherwise you’ll be back to full strength after a week or two, and you’ll be able to resume intercourse after two weeks.
Your aftercare plan will differ depending on the HA filler we used. if it requires additional moulding, we’ll have explained how to do it, and you’ll have some written instructions too. Some of our recommendations may seem minor, such as wearing specific types of underwear, but it’s all essential if you want the best results and to get your money’s worth.
