I first saw Dr Kimilu after having treatment at another clinic. I was not happy with the results but the clinic wouldn’t return my calls or answer my emails.

I found Dr Kimilu by searching Northwest clinics that specialise in penis and having spoken to him at length over the phone, I booked a consultation at the clinic. To my amazement, I was in a waiting room without other patients present and I was told that they do this for all patients so that they have privacy and not face embarrassment.

His easy manner put me at ease and his knowledge was outstanding. Even better, he treated me with some solution to correct the mess the other clinic had done and didn’t charge me! I went back 4 weeks later and had the procedure that I had requested the other clinic to do. This time excellent results, no issues and full aftercare was in place. Even the price was cheaper and yet the fillers were premium. He even showed me the boxes with the serial number on. Great result, Great Doctor and very pleased. I will definitely be back to this clinic – outstanding service!

First had fat transfer after lengthening but that didn’t work. Had more fat and disappeared within 3 weeks. Not happy after spending thousands with another clinic. I read about fillers and went for a consult with Dr James. Felt at ease immediately and he explained how fat works and why it doesn’t last. I wasn’t convinced but no pressure on me to have a procedure. I went back 4 weeks later after doing my research and had 15ml of filler. I asked for 20 but he said this would be best for me. No rip off like the other clinic. Great result, was happy with the look and feel and 3 months later, still looking good. Will defo be back guys cheers for everything.

I have been seeing Dr James since 2017 when he was working at another clinic. After he left, I found him as the previous clinic was using a Doctor that wasn’t experienced, and the fillers were cheap and didn’t last. Not that they explained this to me and the price didn’t reflect this!!

Amazing service at the clinic, contact is always spot on and discreet. I was even followed up after my procedure to check all was ok and to check I was happy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clinic is spotless and very private. Highly recommended. Thanks guys😊
